Snip and Sketch was removed from a user's computer accidentally and I am attempting to reinstall it. However, I am running into the following roadblocks:. When I link the user's onsite AD account in the Microsoft Store using the sign in button at the top right, it still demands a Microsoft account when trying to install the program. I wondered if it was a user rights issue, so I logged into the computer myself, however Snip and Sketch seems to be a per-user application and it does not give me the option to reinstall it or install it for all users.

Does anyone know a workaround for this? I searched Google for an offline Snip and Sketch installer to no avail. The user is now using the old Snipping Tool program as a workaround, but I can't imagine this won't come up in the future with this or another program.
